The Zaf Group

The Zaf Group serves as Executive Advisor to The Blackstone Group, and is the direct investing arm for the Family Office of Mike and Robin Zafirovski. We acquire and oversee exceptionally well-run family businesses with revenues of $50-300 million, with intention of owning forever. We welcome (and insist) on founders/owners holding a continued minority interest, and actively collaborating with us to steward and grow the business going forward. Priority sectors include light industrial, consumer, and business-to-business IT products and services, but all sectors considered.

The businesses we currently own and operate generate approximately $200 million of annual revenue and are growing rapidly.
