Morgan Partners, LLC and its predecessors: Chemical Venture Partners, Manufacturers Hanover and Chase Capital Partners. References to the investment activities and investments by CCMP Capital prior to 2006 refer to the investment activities of and transactions by CCMP Capital current and former investment professionals while at these predecessors.
