We are Boyne Capital, a Florida-based private equity firm focused on investments in lower middle market companies. Founded over a decade ago, we have invested hundreds of millions of capital in dozens of companies in this space.

We’re also a lot more than this. We take a different approach to investing. A more human approach. One that forges lasting and collaborative relationships with companies whose founders and families are still deeply involved in growing their businesses.
